JOE - BEST OF BELGIUM
To give extra support to the message #playlocal, JOE has launching a new digital radio station: Best Of Belgium, a radio station solely dedicated to playing Belgian music. As of the 15th of April you can listen to Joe, Joe 60's & 70's, Joe 80's, Joe 90's, Joe Easy, Top 2000 and Best of Belgium!

Studio Brussel - Café Quarantine and more
Studio Brussel wants to join the cause and support Belgian artists. That's why the station calls on its listeners to listen to Belgian music, and to spread that message with the hashtag #ikluisterbelgisch. In the program Café Quarantaine a lot of Belgian artists could be heard in recent weeks with a live session from their living room. This initiative will continue in the coming weeks.
Eén - Vandaag and more
Eén will be putting forward Flemish artists in the coming weeks. During the daytime music videos, Flemish artists will show up even more than usual, with performances during talkshows de Mia's and Vandaag. The daily talk show Vandaag will invite Flemish artists and put forward their stories and their music.

NRJ has decides to add more Belgian songs in their programs during the corona crisis starting from Monday 30th of March using the hashtag #PlayLocal.
Radio 1 - Belpop Maandag/ Belpop Late Night
On Monday the 30th of March, Radio 1 will be all about Belgian music with 'Belpop Maandag'. On Saturdays, the 'Belpop'-broadcast runs from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. traditionally. With 'Belpop Late Night' (from 23:00 to 24:00) Radio 1 will end every night with Belgian music. In addition, Belgian artists Frank Vanderlinden, Tom Helsen, Joost Zweegers and Bent Van Looy will play a cover of 'We zullen doorgaan' by Ramses Shaffy every day in the program of the same name We zullen doorgaan.
Studio Brussel - Café Quarantine and more
Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th March, the station adapts its entire program to further spread out the message. All regular programs will be scrapped and will make way for Belgian music. Rik De Bruycker, Nelles de Caluwé and Roos Van Acker will perform exclusively Belgian songs throughout the day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.. They also let the musicians speak for themselves. On Saturday evening Jeroen Delodder speaks about the dance scene. He invites The Subs, Joyhauser and DJ Licious, among others. On Sunday night Thibault Christiaensen (front man of Equal Idiots) focuses on bands. The #ikluisterbelgisch-weekend closes with Lefto, who focuses on all things hip hop. Studio Brussel doesn't make a one-off statement with this. Starting Monday the 30th of March , Michèle Cuvelier's morning program will be an hour longer. Between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. Michèle only plays Belgian songs. In the program.
Willy - Belgian Music Matters
On Wednesday April 1st Sofie Engelen and Annelies Orye will only play Belgian music under the slogan 'Belgian Music Matters'. Listeners can request their favourite record.
Radio 2 - Bene Bene
On Tuesday the 31st of March, Radio 2 will only be playing songs from Belgian artists all day long. Under the denominator Radio 2 Bene Bene (our music productions are great!) they support, together with the listeners, all artists in Flanders and Belgium, live and with a lot of interaction. And that's not all: between 18.00 and 19.00 Radio 2 introduces a new program with one hour of non-stop Belgian music. Radio 2 Bene Bene will replace the current Lollipop from Tuesday 31 March. Radio 2 brought Flemish artists to all living rooms with live Living Room Concerts, via the Radio 2 app. More than 25,000 Radio 2 listeners enjoyed a live mini-concert last weekend by Willy Sommers, Gene Thomas, The Starlings, Bent Van Looy, Metejoor and Sasha & Davy. Also this weekend Radio 2 will continue with the musical action. Even more Flemish artists - including Stef Bos (live from South Africa!), Ibe and Bart Kaëll - will perform this weekend with a unique live Living Room concert.
Klara - Music matters XXL
Klara also encourages local artists and does so on Thursday 2 April with an extra long Music Matters, because music matters more than ever in these troubling times. From 12.00 to 17.00 Olav Grondelaers and then Mark Janssens (because of social distancing they won't be presenting together) will focus on different genres, from jazz to classical and Flemish performers will be heard on Klara all day long.
BEL RTL - Tout pour la musique/ si c’est belge…c’est sur BEL RTL/ CLUB MUSIC
BEL RTL will provide even more support to Belgian artists in this period of confinement, starting on Monday 30th of March. Broadcasting of 2 titles by independent Belgian artists, contextualized by the host Dorothée or Serge Jonckers, in Tout pour la Musique from Monday to Friday from 7 to 10 pm. Serge Jonckers will also announce in the show "Tout pour la musique" the Belgian artist who will be supported by Bel RTL in the next 2 weeks thanks to his initiative "Si c'est belge ... c'est sur Bel RTL". A "new" artist is supported by Bel RTL, which broadcasts a track at least once a day for 2 weeks. Broadcasting of 4 Belgian titles in "Club Music" presented by Serge Jonckers on Saturday evening the 28th of March from 6 pm to 10 pm.
MNM - De Grote Peter Van de Veire Ochtendshow/ Planeet De Cock/ Urbanice/ MNM Party
Throughout the year, the best Flemish artists and DJs get airplay and live opportunities on MNM. During De Grote Peter Van de Veire Ochtendshow and Planeet De Cock, but also in programs such as Urbanice and MNM Party. On Friday 3 April, MNM will give the Belgian music sector an extra push. That day, from 6.00 a.m. onwards, MNM will play only the best music from Belgium. MNM DJs Peter Van de Veire, Tom De Cock, Astrid Demeure, Brahim and Laura Govaerts will play exclusively Belgian music the whole day. Also on Friday 3 April, MNM focuses on interaction with the listener. On that day, the MNM listener can request his/her favourite songs. Throughout the day, you will hear the most popular Flemish artists about how they will fill in this quarantine period.
